Our team has completed a variety of new construction projects, including new homes, attached garages, porticos, screened-in porches, and new living spaces. In featured cases (shown below), home-owner, architect, and company-produced drawings have been used to aid in construction.
New home in Colfax, NC
Garage and second story addition in Greensboro, NC
Before we began construction of this Sedgefield home, we possessed incomplete drawings- drawings that were modified by our CEO, Carla. Despite the difficulties, our team created a structure that matched with the existing home.
Portico Addition in High Point, NC
Using a picture of a neighboring portico as a guide, Carla designed this portico in High Point, NC. The City of High Point's Planning and Development Department accepted Carla's drawings, allowing us to create this beautiful structure.
Porch Addition in Jamestown, NC
We are particularly proud of this screened-in porch that we constructed in Jamestown, NC. Our masons, carpenters, and roofers coordinated to make this elegant porch a reality.
Room Addition in Jamestown, NC
As any contractor who has installed drywall knows, the quality of installation is highly dependent on the way in which the room is framed. Within a very narrow time frame, and sub-optimal floor plans, Rodolfo and his team were able to effectively frame the attic space in this Grandover home. As a result, we helped to create a workable office space.
Commercial Fit-Out in High Point, NC
On this project, we constructed four rooms on the interior of an old furniture warehouse. The new rooms are currently used for commercial purposes. Additionally, we constructed a bathroom and kitchen (not shown). Other walls were added to various parts of the property as well.
